Returns & Exchanges

At Bed Threads, we want you to love your linen as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return period for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used or laundered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them back in their original linen storage sacks and cardboard shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
